Dr Sibanda is the founder and Managing Director of Supreme Researchers Consultancy (SRC). SRC offers academic research support, including literature reviews, scoping and systematic reviews, data analysis and manuscript preparation, to postgraduate students, academics, and institutions.
He is an academic researcher and consultant whose career reflects intellectual excellence and a commitment to knowledge creation. Driven by intellectual curiosity, Dr Sibanda pursued higher education in South Africa. He graduated cum laude with a Diploma in Entrepreneurship (2012) and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (2014), both from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), placing him among the top 1% of his class. He was inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society in 2013. He subsequently completed a research-based Master of Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) at CPUT in 2021, before earning his Doctor of Philosophy in Management from the University of the Western Cape in April 2026.
With over eight years of higher education teaching experience, Dr Sibanda has lectured on entrepreneurship and management modules from certificate through to postgraduate diploma level. He has also supervised over ten honours students at the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA) to successful completion. Beyond supervision, he has provided expert quantitative data analysis support to doctoral candidates (qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods), using SPSS, Structural Equation Modelling using SPSS-AMOS and SmartPLS, contributing directly to high-quality doctoral research.
As a researcher, Dr Sibanda has co-authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications, including three book chapters, with over ten publications appearing in Scopus-indexed Q2 journals. He has also presented at six international and national conferences. His research interests span entrepreneurship education, student support, student success, and entrepreneurship development in developing-country contexts.
